The novel "Riga's Gold" is the first thriller book.
The adventure story almost ends tragically for the Ukrainian orphan Ruslan Mirov.
On the threshold of adulthood, Ruslan comes into contact with the harsh reality of the modern world, its problems and contrasts. He sees good and evil, law and arbitrariness, wealth and poverty. Having become, by chance, the owner of countless treasures and the "grandson" of the English oilman Ruslan Mirov, he, Rigas Walpole, makes a difficult decision to use his incredibly huge gold fund for the benefit of mankind and the improvement of life on Earth.
Modern factual material, in spite of some elements of science fiction, is based on real events in which real faces are easily recognized by the reader, and this gives the narrative in the thriller even more credibility. The irony laid down by the author in an adventurous adventure canvas is many-sided, but the irony itself is humanistic and in many ways instructive both for politicians and business people, and for ordinary citizens, especially for students and middle-aged people.
But despite their concern for people on all continents, they bring him troubles and grief. And Ruslan Mirov, in order not to take revenge on the inhabitants of the planet for abuse of him and all that he built for them on Earth, makes the most important decision in his life . . .
