Bishop Frances Virgil Mills was licensed to preach the gospel in January 1998 and was ordained in November 1999. She has been an active leader in the Metro Atlanta community for more than 20 years has over 30 years experience in corporate America as a human resources professional. In 2013, she was consecrated to the office of "Bishop" within The Light of The World Covenant Fellowship International. Bishop Mills has been married to Brother Ervin E. Mills for over 50 years. She and Brother Mills are the proud parents of 2 children - Ervin Allen Curtis Mills and the late Rev. Arriana Mills Daniel.
