Sarah Bancroft ist nach London zurück gekehrt, obwohl sie in der New Yorker Kunstszene eine leitende Rolle spielte, aber sie wollte zurück zu ihren Freunden, zu einem gewissen Freund und außerdem zur Kunst in London. Aber das Leben macht zu und die Pandemie legt die Szene lahm, aber dann geht es doch weiter. Wiktor Orlow hat schon einige Anschläge überlebt und hat in seinem Leben schon viel erlebt und gesehen, aber dann kommt ein Anruf, der alles verändern wird. Christopher und Sarah suchen Spuren und finden viel. Schon der Einstieg packt einen und der Sprachfluss ist großartig und Daniel Silva weiß einfach, wie man großartig Charaktere aufbaut und sein Stil sorgt dafür, dass man einfach viel mehr will. Außerdem verknüpft er aktuelle Themen und Ereignisse, mit einer super spannenden und vielschichtigen Handlung. Das Cover ist toll gewählt in meinen Augen und vereint Tradition mit Moderne
