The Twelve Days of Christmas
Using the very well-known Christmas carol as a theme, another killer haunts New York City in the pre-Christmas season of 2058. While trying to decide what to get her husband Roarke, epitome of the man who owns everything, for Christmas, NYPD Lieutenant Eve Dallas is called upon to catch the perpetrator. Her investigation leads her to a dating service whose owners and clients seem to be involved in the crimes.
Another installment in the In Death series which enraptures with its deeply accurate characterizations and witty dialogue without ever losing pace. Highly recommendable!
