Can-Do Canine

Lady, a border collie, was born seemingly normal, but soon started losing weight. The vet discovered that she was paralyzed on her left side and unable to control her head movements. Because she was so young, he did not know if this was a permanent condition and wanted to give her a chance. I took her home, and thus began our strange odyssey.





Join us as Lady grows and we try to find ways to help her progress. We have learned many things through the years that may be helpful to anyone caring for a disabled pet, whether short term or long term.
