Janet Morris Belvin is a writer and former public school teacher who grew up in South Carolina and Georgia during the Fifties, the glory days of the twentieth century. Her heroes were Roy Rogers, Howdy Doody, her parents and Jesus. She kept a journal from age 14 and enjoys looking back at those wonderful days. With her husband Paul, she shares an interest in World War II and has travelled to several European battlefronts. She loves Motown music, old hymns, horseback riding, reading, gardening and quilting.
