Shari returns to her hometown to find herself a stranger, an outcast. Walk with her as her moccasins lead her down the back streets of her childhood.





Shari found her Native American Heritage through a grandmother she never knew. She searched for a reason why her grandfather had left his two small sons in an orphanage in Sacramento, California, and never returned. She shares her father's stories and her pain as she watched him struggle against his enemy, Alzheimer's.
