In this analytical work, the lexical relationships between Arabic, based on the Qur'?nic register, and Akkadian, Ugaritic, Aramaic, Syriac, Hebrew, Phoenician Epigraphic, South Arabian and Ge'ez are established. Its aim is to assess the various degrees of cultural proximity between these Semitic languages.
