Her “ genius” Salsa Guille, originally published in Epicurious, was featured on Food52’ s Genius Recipes, and her self-titled substack newsletter of essays on Mexican food, culture, and identity was dubbed “ recommended reading” by Soleil Ho in the SF Chronicle.
