International, Inc. , an esteemed institution committed to safeguarding and
celebrating Apostolic history. Under his leadership, the Apostolic Heritage
Center-headquartered in Joplin, Missouri-houses a historical library,
research center, heritage museum, and the Apostolic Ministerial Hall of
Fame. rough these initiatives, Dr. Garrett has ensured that the legacy of
the movement remains accessible and honored.
Dr. Garrett holds multiple degrees in higher education, including a Doctor of
Philosophy with a specialization in church history. His lifelong contributions
to Apostolic scholarship earned him the prestigious Apostolic Apologist Award
in 2003, along with recognition as a 21st-century Apostolic father. A proli c
