Barb Kellogg, of Avon, Minnesota, is a photographic artist who portrays and interprets her connection to nature using varied photography techniques. She is not a photography purist-some of her images are literal, some are not. She loves traditional nature photography (especially flowers!), but also explores abstract photography through intentional camera movement (ICM) and multiple exposures. ICM appears very fluid and abstract due to the intentional movement of the camera. The effect is manual, not artificially created. She avoids AI like the plague, preferring to have her work be authentic to herself.Barb became an accidental author when she realized the emotional impact her words could have when paired with her photography (and vice versa). Barb likes (who's she kidding-loves!) dark chocolate and tea, and gazing out at an endless ocean is her idea of zen.
