The Unravelment

Caleb Strong, recently divorced and living in a small, dilapidated apartment, struggles with the painful remnants of his past life. He's isolated, missing his children and the life he once shared with his ex-wife, Elara. The chapter opens with Caleb reflecting on his current emotional state while receiving a message from his daughter, Ava, inviting him to visit Classic Park a theme park his family had once considered visiting together. Although Caleb is hesitant, he agrees to think about it, despite a growing unease about the park. He's haunted by a nagging feeling that something is wrong, compounded by disturbing rumors and strange behavior from his children. His tension builds as he notices a digital ad for Classic Park that seems unsettlingly perfect, leading him to a decision: he must investigate the park to uncover the truth.
