After surviving a brutal home invasion, Lea's world collapses into darkness as she is diagnosed with psychosomatic blindness. Withdrawing from reality, she creates her own "darkroom" in her ex-lover Alex's apartment, where touch and sound become her only guides. However, this ritual of isolation and guilt the Dark Room Protocol develops an unexpected and terrifying side effect.

When Lea's sight suddenly returns, she realizes she no longer sees the world the same way. Waking up in a neon-lit, rain-soaked city, she gains the ability to perceive the hidden geometry of human destiny. Faint, pulsing red "Y" symbols appear on the wrists and necks of strangers unrelenting marks of death and fate. With her old camera in hand, Lea becomes a photographer of the invisible: a silent witness watching through her lens as the city's inhabitants march unknowingly toward their own end.
