Swapping a Seattle newspaper career for one exhibiting horses and selling show fashions and tack in Oregon's Rogue Valley, Pepper Kane enjoys outings with friends and family. But while line-dancing one evening she learns a prize stallion was just killed. A prime suspect, she must ID the killer as he/she closes in on her.
