Mirko Buff was born in Hamburg, Germany and grew up there. During and after his studies, he lived in various places. He was particularly inspired and shaped by the four years he spent in Panama. In addition to his new passion, writing, he works as an architect. He has been a proud father since the birth of his son. The idea for his first book project, Oh, wie schön ist das Leben arose from his desire to tell his son about his life before fatherhood and to instill values in him. With Soli the Sloth, Mirko continues his writing journey, telling stories for children and families.
