Rupert Everett ist eine der schillernsten Stars der Filmbranche. Er hat mit Julia Roberts, Madonna, Sharon Stone, Michelle Pfeifer und vielen weiteren Topstars gearbeitet. Trotzdem hatte und hat er es immer wieder schwer. Er ist Brite und offen schwul. Das ist für die großen Studios oft ein Problem. Rupert kommt beim Publikum immer gut an, aber immer wieder gibt es Pausen in seiner Karriere. In diesem Buch erzählt er von seinen Anfängen als Schauspieler und auch wie seine Kindheit verlaufen ist. Seine erste Kinoliebe und auch die Liebe im echten Leben.
