He is editor-in-chief ofEuropean Security.JOANNE McEVOY Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at the University of Aberdeen, UK,and was previously a Sawyer Mellon Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Penn Program in Ethnic Conflict at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests focus on the management of ethnic politics, particularly the role of external actors in post-conflict state-building.
