Sofia Samatar (Indiana, 1971) es autora de cinco libros, entre novelas, colecciones de cuentos y ensayos. Sofia Samatar (Indiana, 1971) is the author of five books, including novels, short story collections, and essays. Her work has received numerous awards and has been shortlisted for the Locus Award, the Hugo Award, the Nebula Award, and the Italo Calvino Prize, and has appeared in various anthologies. She holds a PhD in African Languages and Literatures from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently teaches African, Arabic, world literature, and speculative fiction at James Madison University.
