(born 1954), sometimes known professionally as Carol Dennis or Carol
Dennis-Dylan, is an American singer and actor best known for her work
with and marriage to Bob Dylan. Dennis's mother is the singer Madelyn
Quebec (a former member of The Raelettes). Dennis was a backup singer
for Dylan from soon after they met in 1978 until 1987. During the last
two years of her stint in Dylan's touring band, her mother, Quebec, was
also a member of the vocal quartet known during that period as The
Queens Of Rhythm.
