Dr. Boris Olschewski is an expert in epochal change, geopolitics, and the unconscious mechanisms of human emotion and behavior.
After completing his doctorate on regime transitions and times of upheaval at the University of Trier, he dedicated himself not only to history but also to exploring how untapped human potential can be mobilized on both conscious and unconscious levels.
For over 15 years, he has supported individuals in seminars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to recognize and dissolve inner drivers and blockages. In addition, he provides coaching, group trainings, and private consultations to help people unlock their potential.
His work combines historical perspectives, psychological depth, and Stoic wisdom to foster self-empowerment and improve quality of life particularly during times of change and uncertainty.
Boris Olschewski understands "potenzialization" as the art of creating both external and internal conditions that enable individuals to realize their full potential through awareness and natural emergence. His approach inspires leaders, teams, and individuals to develop inner clarity, mental resilience, and deep satisfaction in a consciously lived life.
He is the author of publications on historical upheavals and the mobilization of inner resources. He is currently developing a three-volume series, "Times of Upheaval and Fortunes: Opportunities, Decisions, Quality of Life." Boris Olschewski is married, the father of three sons, and lives with his family near Trier, Germany.
