Robert B. Parker (1932-2010) was an American author who wrote more than sixty novels. He is most well-known for the novels that feature the private detective Spenser, which inspired the television series Spenser: For Hire. He twice won the Edgar Award from the Mystery Writers of America, including a Grand Master Award in 2002.
David Dukes (1945-2000) was a Tony-nominated actor who appeared in nearly 100 films and television shows. He received an Emmy nomination for his performance in The Josephine Baker Story (1991).
